Hidro — PRIVACY POLICY

This policy describes how Hidro collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use our mobile application.

a) Purpose and scope of collection

The app may collect: full name, email, phone number, location, images, files, device identifiers, contacts… to operate features, verify accounts, support users, and ensure safety.

The app only accesses your location (including background) or photos/files with your permission and solely for the corresponding features.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for notifying us upon any unauthorized use.

  1. Contacting to confirm and provide requested services;
  2. Providing product/service information upon request;
  3. Sending notices, marketing/promotions (where lawful and with appropriate controls);
  4. Contacting you and handling special cases;
  5. Using within the scope of transactions and customer support only;
  6. Providing information upon lawful requests from competent authorities;
  7. Developing new features and improving existing services.

Personal data is retained until you request deletion or until we no longer have a lawful purpose to process it.

We do not use, transfer, or disclose data to third parties without your consent, unless required by law. In the event of a security incident, we will notify authorities and affected users as required, and implement remedial measures.

g) Data deletion requests

To delete all personal data stored on Hidro systems, please email with the subject “Request to delete my data” and verification information (registered email/phone number) to: privacy@hidro.asia.
